Had a great experience there today. Spent ours there to switch 5 lines from Verizon to T-Mobile. Big thanks to Manager, Shy, and associate Dylan. Both were so cheerful, patient, and extremely helpful. All went smoothly and I couldn’t be happier. The office itself is spacious, bright and the staff made us customers feel very welcome!

I was having problems with my T-Mobile Corporate phone plan and this location SAVED ME. For the last 10 years i have used the t mobile location in port Washington and when an issue arised on my account they could not help me. Thankfully i went to the T Mobile in Roslyn and what seemed like an impossible problem to fix at the previous location, turned into the exact solution i was looking for. Assistant Manager Johnathan and Manager John Paul took the time and patience to assist me with the complex problem that had happened with my account and in the end the issue was fully resolved. I am now proud to say this will me my PERMANENT T MOBILE LOCATION that I use for all my cell service needs.

Phil was exceptional and offered great customer service!
Also I’m not happy with T mobile for a different sales person not telling me the truth, and had to pay extra for changing the watch I didn’t like .
