Horrible experience. We originally had 2 lines with them and went in to add another line to add my mom to our plan. They said that it would be cheaper to just cancel our current plan and start a whole new plan with new phones under my moms name. We questioned it a few times and they assured us it would be cheaper than just adding the line to our current plan. We asked if we’d be able to keep our military discount and they once again assured us we could. They also told me that my phone at the time was paid off and didn’t need to be paid off and to give it to our kids to play with and that they’d cancel that account. Come to find they never cancelled that account so we kept receiving two bills, my phone wasn’t paid off so I was paying for 2 different phones, on top of the other 2 plus the two that they gave us for “free” AND as of right now 6 months later I still have not seen our military discount after talking to sprint every month asking for it. This location is just after your money. My bill now is 2x more than it was and getting any answers from sprint is almost impossible. Honestly soo disappointed and annoyed. Make sure you really understand what they’re signing you up for.
