Last week, my mother and I went in to the Eglin Street location in Rapid City to upgrade our phones. We were graciously met, and helped by Associate DJ, and Manager Sam. Both of them displayed professionalism, as well as a casual demeanor that made both of us feel welcome. They went the extra mile to help us find a plan that works for us, and were charming to talk to. As long as those two employees are there, I will definitely continue to patronize the Eglin street location whenever I have need. Those guys set a great example, would love to work with them again!
