Went today to switch to a new service because old carrier’s prices kept going up. Luis was helpful and friendly. He was knowledgeable and was able to give us a great deal. There was no wait time. I recommend this location.

Walking into a place and having people stare at you can be a little intimidating. Not at T-Mobile on Rt 22 W and Monroe Street. I didn’t have that experience because Mobile Expert Rudy I. approached me as soon as I walked in the door. His pleasant demeanor and knowledge of phones was the best I’ve seen in years! The store didn’t have the color phone that I needed. Rudy suggested another T-Mobile store because I needed the phone that day. Otherwise, he would have ordered the phone for me. Rudy contacted the other store to ensure the phone was in stock and that we were would be treated just as special when we arrived there. Carla took great care of us as well. I asked Rudy if he would get credit for the sale. Unfortunately, he would not. Another Mobile Expert named John chimed into our conversation. He handed me Rudy’s business card and suggested to write a review. I’m so glad he did. Please send a huge thank to Rudy, John and Carla for superior customer service. Thank you.

Last Saturday we stopped in to get our phone upgraded and info on home wifi service and we had a great customer service experience at this location. Jerome was very professional and helpful to assist us at the time. We greatly appreciate his customer service and definitely will go back to that store in the future 👍 👍👍
