I came in because my phone was broken and I needed a warranty exchange. All of the devices that got sent to me were defective. I went through 4 warranty exchanges and none of them would even turn on. Mahalia helped me each time and was AMAZING! This was a very frustrating situation and she made me feel at ease and like she was doing everything she could to help me out. I cannot give her enough praise! Thank you for your amazing customer service! There aren't enough people like you in this industry.

Nice, less crowded T-Mobile location. Usual selection of brands and services. Check the fine print though... we were sold on an offer that the rebate had expired on. Make sure you're getting what you paid for.

If you're looking for a cellular experience of a life time, stop into the university place T-Mobile! Staff is knowledgeable on everything and they're all super friendly. If your want things done right, this is the place to go!
