Walked in had my cellphone very slow. Only one person in front of me 2 b next the tech very pro replaced the chip 4 free before they used to charge $25 I hope they continue to better their service like that every where else. Very quick svc

My first visit to this store was nothing short of excellent. Lalo Velazquez was very knowledgable and helpful. He answered all my questions and was very patient and was able to assist me with my issue where other t-mobile stores were either unwilling or unhelpful. I hardly if ever leave reviews but my visit was so positive and the customer service was so superb I was compelled to write this review.

I am a T-Mobile for business client and I was told that to go to this location and buy a phone there will be a service charge of $35 not sure why but definitely going to my home store in Anaheim
