Yet again, poor customer service, essential equipment for SIM card management isn't available or broken and staff is fast to send you on hikes to other stores. This is becoming a pattern with T-Mobile stores. Staff is dismissive and act as if you bother them.

DON'T go to this store for any of your needs. The manager there at the time of writing this review (Richard) had quoted my family on a rebate amount and upon returning he conveniently forgot to mention details that effectively disqualified us from getting the initially quoted amount. The manager also threatened to revoke account privileges that he had no right to revoke; if we didn't honor the trade-in after he misquoted us. They operate like true con artists. If you need any help related to T-Mobile save yourself the headache and go to another location that's not a franchised branch like this one. Terrible customer service, terrible business.
