Took 4 hours to do toes and nails. Simple. Problem was understaffed and workers jumping from one customer to another, keeping everybody waiting. Get your cost in writing first and don’t let them jack the price. Place is a scam and quality of work is poor. Don’t bother going there. Like I said I spent more time waiting than anything else. From 2pm until 6pm. I give them a zero out of zero.

Pedicure lasted about 15 minutes. No leg or foot massage what so ever. Told me she wouldn’t do a French pedicure because “it wouldn’t look good.” Tried to leave my nails with no polish because “they need air.” My toenails are perfectly healthy, no issues at all. Kept making reference to her next appointment who was sitting waiting to get nails done. I had her do my fills 2 times on my hands, reluctantly when back the second time. VERY rushed, doesn’t push cuticles back, uses the bare minimum of full material, so you have to go back sooner. Charged me $115 dollars for the “pedicure” and the fill and had the nerve to ask for a tip. Just very lazy and unprofessional, I will never return.

me and my friend got the same exact nails, hers were 50, mine were 86, we waited in there for 30-45 mins because we were told she had to go to her other location. told us not to leave! we were in there for 3 1/2 hours then she told me my friends designs were free and my nail take off was free, didn’t ask us what we wanted like tips, shape, and gel polish which were all more pricy then what we wanted, do not come here:)
