It was awful. Most of the fuel ⛽️ islands were closed. Trash barrels were overflowing. I thought about going inside but decided not to after seeing the fuel island. The only good thing about this stop is I accidentally cut off the pump after 15 gallons. My fuel manager suggested I use Flying J in Ellensburg which was far better place to stop.

The integrity of drivers when it comes to reserved parking is a joke. Reserved parking is not enforced and people use regular receipts or receipts from Popeyes and Starbucks to make it seem like they paid for a spot. Do better TA! Your employees need to enforce the reserved parking and kick put any driver who did not pay for reserved parking. Paid for a spot this morning and almost didn't get my prepaid spot when I got here. Luckily there was 1 paid spot left. Those of us that paid for spots, expect to get what we paid for rather than employees who refuse to provide quality customer service to paying customers. It's not just this TA. It's pretty much any TA/Petro in the entire country

While looking for a place to rest for a couple days, I came across this truck stop, hidden away surrounded by a beautiful view of the mountains. There are things for entertainment around this location. Like a great Mexican restaurant, trails that, if you have more time, you can venture down and sight see. Saving the best for last! The staff, not to leave anyone out, was impeccably and courteous. Bob was very friendly and just a great person to be introduced to. There is one being that I happened to be a little concerned about...I just can't seem to remember there name. Finally for the one I enjoyed the most, she is Thereza! She was very professional along with friendly. She handled situations with the most professionalism and honestly she is the most beautiful one of them all. I hate I didn't get her number so I could continue to get to know her. I was very interested and couldn't hardly keep her out of my mind. Hopefully I get another opportunity to stop in again and spend more time with them all. Almost felt like family! Thanks for the experience you all!!
