I walked in at 5 o'clock on Sunday. The drive through was crazy long but there were only 5 people inside the restaurant. I ordered and paid for my food. 40 minutes later I left in frustration without my food or my money. Im never going back! I asked what was taking so long.... they told me they had to do door dash orders first and keep the drive through moving.... not acceptable.

Dang it.. I was hoping I wasn’t gonna have to write a bad review because the past few weeks, everything had gone fine. But now… 2 days in a row, I’ve gotten the wrong order entirely thru the drive thru… but days, I ordered the exact same thing (black bean Crunchwrap, bean burrito and cheesy roll up) and the first day I received two bean and rice burritos with potato (whatever, didn’t complain because at least I could eat it).. today I got some kinda meat filled breakfast burrito and a meat filled crunchy taco.. this is upsetting because I can’t eat either and the price I paid for my meal was much more that what is would cost for these items (that again, I can’t eat.)… frustrating..

I was really excited to try the new taco bell. The car line was out into the highway. One of the kiosks was broken. You can't really park because of the drive thru line blocks most of the parking. I waited for about 40 minutes for my food and they couldn't find my order. I told them if they did find it just cancel it or give it too the needy and walked away. There were also people there that were waiting for their food and they were there longer than I was. Some of them had small children. I am not talking bad about taco bell it is what it is and its my favorite type of fast food. It's great inexpensive and it is fast food... but the food here wasn't fast and now I am out 22.67 bucks which isn't horrible it is just the principle... if you want fast food you could probably go just about anywhere else and it would be faster... as for how the food was I wouldn't know I never got my order... they did try to give me some coupons for compensation... I turned them down.
