The daytime manager is rude. She wouldn't honor a mistake made in a door dash order because I didn't remember the managers name from over 6 weeks ago. I was told I could come back and anytime and give my promotional code and receive the free replacement. She rudely declined. I ended up paying for it twice.

Why is it you guys can't get a single order correct? But have been working here for years? Makes no sense. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION, unless you want to pay for things you won't ever recieve 😀

Not sure what happened to this Taco Bell but tonight our order was all messed up. Was shorted 3 tacos, ordered a meat and cheese burrito and received a bean and cheese burrito, there was almost nothing in my chalupa, asked for mild sauce and recieved 3 packets. Spent almost 40 dollars and received a fraction of my order correctly if at all. Ate there literally 3 weeks ago and it was amazing.
