If I could give this taco bell 0 stars I would. I've never received an order in a reasonable amount of time nor is it ever accurate. I love a little treat for myself every once and a while and at this point I just drive to the one in Silverdale I've never had an issue there. I would say working at taco bell is an idiot proof job but clearly not.

Not only did my delivery driver have to wait an hour... For 4 burritos.. the staff was rude to them, they blamed other people instead of taking accountability for lack of communication or training. Idk if the manager, or staff need replaced.. but the food was sub par even for fast food.. if it's a staffing issue, manager should be fired and replaced with someone who can handle a busy evening let alone get food out in an appropriate time. Especially the delivery orders.

It's unrealistic that this restaurant puts your delivery on hold for 15 to 20 minutes, and their still 6 orders behind. As delivery driver, their system presently sucks and I can't deliver on time because they are always short staffed when you know dinner time is busy and any manager or business owner should know the times when to bring in more people, Ten minute wait time is acceptable not 20 minutes or longer, no order will ever get delivered if you make delivery driver's wait. Plus I know it cost the restaurant more money to get another driver, for every driver that reassign the order back into the system raises the amount to delivery the order. So the restaurant loses out not the delivery Driver because we can pick up another order somewhere else.
