This is the usual spot for us since it’s close to our house but the last 4-5 times we’ve gone there’s always 2+ items missing and they put ingredients in items we asked them not to. The wait times have been crazy long as well even late at night. They also have moments where they switch out money and they’ve told us that it would be 5 min wait time but it ended up being a 30 min wait instead. Don’t really know what’s going on at this location because staff has been nice so I’m not sure if it’s management or what.

Never seen a manager who treats her team like dirt and the customers even worse. She absolutely needs to be canned so the team under her can thrive. I will never return until she leaves and I live 2 minutes away. She will continue to hurt the local reputation of this location

Pleaae hire more people. The employees are overworked and customers are very unhappy. I put a mobile order in at 7:30pm and arrived at 8. My good wasn't ready until 8:20. The customers in the lobby were neglected to prioritize drive thru.
