I've picked up several doordashes here for a while now and their customer service is horrendous. Stood there for 15 minutes today until someone even acknowledged me. Mind you several employees walked right past me without saying a word. I realize it's just fastfood but Jesus Christ, at least tell me you'll be right with me

Just stopped by Taco Bell and ordered two “chalupas” this is how it came out the soft shell that it’s supposed to be isn’t. It’s crispy like a regular hardshell taco it’s like I just overpaid for three hard shells the kids that work the night shift seem to not understand where sour cream goes as you can see in the picture also the lid on my cup was loose because it doesn’t fit the cup. Overall terrible experience.

Went through the drive-thru, they took well over 10 minutes to get our food out. We ordered 3 tacos. We watched them talk more than actually work.
