I asked them to make my order a specific way, they did not do as requested and instead put all of the sour cream in the bottom of my burrito and all the beef was in the top of my burrito. I went back to have them re make it, and the two ladies in the kitchen (one claimed to be the manager) were pointing at me and laughing and one of them said Pinche Greengo a couple words I couldn't make out and then the other one (the manager) said Pinche bendajo and some other words I couldn't make out. How is that professional?
Update: I was contacted and given a $10 promo code for an online order. I tried using said promo code and they messed up one of the items on my order, when I tried to get them to fix it the girl argued with me for 5 minutes before she actually did it. She said her name was Maria. I tried asking to speak with the manager and she said that was her, I said I want to speak to someone else because you don't see how you were in the wrong. And she said the only other manager speaks only Spanish.
