Worst experience ever , we were informed 20 minutes before the lobby closes that our order can be take out only , nice to feel welcome. Then we waited throu a bad experience for our 25 $ dollar order for to while loud uncomfortable music was play from the back. Nice to see its more important to up sell me sour cream then genuine pioltness. I'd rather pay more fore good service the the new taco bell service.

My coworker picked up our Taco Bell order earlier today. 4 people ordered. 5 out of 13 items were forgotten. So, I drove to the Taco Bell on Sullivan to have them remake the missing items. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone even said "Hello". In this 10 minutes, two other customers came to the counter and hollered at an employee for a drink cup and a to-go bag. Even during that transaction, NONE of the employees said a single word to me. Finally, after 10 minutes of patiently waiting, I ask for help from the person working the drive-thru. I show them the receipt and mark the items that were missing. They start to make my food. Meanwhile, I see an employee go into the bathroom and start VIOLENTLY vomiting. Comes out after a few minutes of puking, and just hops back on the line like nothing happened.
Then, after receiving my missing items and returning to my work to finally eat my lunch. EVERY ITEM that they remade was incorrect. They didn't pay even a sliver of attention to the substitutions or additions to our items.
Will not be returning anytime soon.

Ordered online, showed up 30 min later. Walked in,asked for our order. Short older lady checked computer, told us it's being worked on and gave us our drinks. Waited 20 min before I asked again. Mind you Lady has stood in front of the counter (in front of us) for essentially the whole time. She checked the comp and said "ooooh it look like you haven't checked in yet, since you made a mistake we will get right on it"..... we made a mistake some how? Have ordered a few times at this location, many times down on Sprague as well, and this was the first I've heard of checking in. Despite that, we spoke prior (IE the drinks we had in hand). This was not my mistake. It took a total of 1hr+ (from mobile order tell food in hand) to get my food. 5 min later I'm at home and my tacos were falling apart. Tragic experience. My mistake was going to this location, I think I'll be driving an extra 5 min down Sprague. Thay location at least doesn't blame me for bs, and they're friendly each time. Lady needs some customer service training 👌
