Every time I go, they are friendly, nice, quick, and there isn't a line. They also give me the correct order and I always do an online order.

The folks here do a great job and the food is good. I was served 2 minutes after ordering from the kiosk. They’ve got sauce on the counter so you can take what you need. Great experience! My story: last week I visited a very bad, not professional, poor excuse for a taco bell in central Oregon. There I experienced a wait and no apology. But I knew taco bell always strives for excellence. Despite the shortcomings of one franchise, I knew I had to order from a good franchise to set right the karma of the universe. I chose this Kent taco bell because they’ve served me well in the past. Immediately upon arriving I knew I’d made the right decision as there was no line and two happy customers leaving the lobby. I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch on the kiosk, and felt like a feast so I pressed + twice. I paid and started my stopwatch. After a short wait, she called my name. My watch read 1:32. Under two minutes! I took the food home, chowed down, and felt happy. Karmic balance restored! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🇺🇸 I’m so glad I didn’t let one bad experience ruin a quality chain for me. Muchas Gracias to the great taco bell team members who made this redemption story possible.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. They will sit there and stare at you waiting to order inside. They do not greet you. After about 5 mins of just staring at them waiting to order I asked if someone was gonna take my order& the lady walked to the back & ignored me. Highly do not recommend ordering from this Taco Bell
