Family of 5 at drive thru last night about 11:30 PM. Waited 45 minutes in the drive-through line when we got up and play store order which was approximately $40 at the drive up your boy told us $40 was too much to order there was there were too many items. We needed to drive through. We drove through, had to wait to get out of line line was totally backed up. Got to the windows spoke to your employee. A young man told us that we had too many items that were only two of them working and told us that we pulled Dr. up and erased our thing and told us if we wanted to we could order half of that but go back through again and if we didn’t leave the line, he was going to call the police on us now we are adults , we were treated and talk to you very rudely by the young man. He then he slammed the window in our face. and now I don’t think I would ever even go to another Taco Bell and if I do, I will report you to each and everyone that I ever go to. He also had the nerve to ask how many people we were ordering for that larger an order. As if it was any of his business, if I was ordering for one or 20. We have never been treated so horribly and out of the 5 of us we work or have worked in customer service so I think your night crew needs some major training in that area especially the young man that we spoke with.
