20 Minutes in the drive through with 3 cars ahead of me. When I got to the window these 2 guys were laughin it up and having a great time watching the timer go up on their screen.
Worst tacobell in all of Vancouver.

The staff is a complete mess here. Getting orders wrong left and right. I dined in and it took me over 15 min to get soft tacos. During the time I was here several people complained and had recd wrong or incorrect orders. Especially ridiculous that they don’t even take orders in person anymore and still can’t get orders right.

The restaurant seems inviting when you enter but it's an illusion. During my visit I encountered a few problems which raised red flags for me. The staff do not seem to care for customers & are talking amongst themselves, all the while a single employee makes multiple orders slowly. ( Clearly a new hire ) They were also marking doordash & mobile orders completed before they were actually ready.
