Got to the window, forgot to order nacho fires, had to pull around to order once again even though there was only 1 car behind me! I pulled around because my daughter is 3 and requested them right before we got to the window didn't want to upset her. Once I got back to the window the second time I asked if that was there new policy that they can't take orders at the window and asked for a manager, she slammed that window open and was extremely hostile and aggressive when I was asking about if they really have a no order at the window policy, she said they can if it's something small. Okay ? Then she continued to tell me that this policy just became a thing a few days ago. This taco bell is trash, no respect for the costumers that are paying top dollar for there product! Will never vist any taco bell ever again!

Katherine is the best employee I've ever talk to in my life she made me feel so welcome when I was on the phone with her and she had no problems taking my order

they always manage to mess up my order one way or another. either forgets sauce or makes food wrong. why would i order a 5 layer burrito with no beans? employees need to make sure they re read order and double check especially late at night. closed so now i can’t go back to get my correct food. getting worse week by week someone needs to help them.
