They’re never open and ready at the correct time. Many of times I have gotten there after opening time that’s posted online, on the doors etc and have been told come back in 15 mins because they’re not ready. People are headed to work and don’t have time to come back in 15 mins, change you open time if you can’t honor the time that’s posted.

devin harassed my fiancé and i over 10 times to give him a five star review. made us both extremely uncomfortable in a creepy way. we will be choosing another taco bell from now on. food was average- multiple mess-ups on the order
edit: noticed someone saying i’m over exaggerating. we first came through the drive thru we got asked about 3-4x to give a five star google review. when we then came inside a few minutes after to pay with cash we were asked 5-6x. not to mention this devin person got in our personal space and reeked of cigarettes. managers reading this: go check the security cams. if this person is a real reviewer they did not get the whole picture. take what you read with a grain of salt- especially for google reviewers with one review and no profile photo…

Shawna - was the drive thru person that took my order. I ordered 4 DLT tacos with Tomatoes and told her twice do not add sour cream. My son is allergic I made sure to tell her. Yet when I got the order it had sour cream on it. Then why I call her and ask her why she couldn't follow directions. I go back through the drive thru she says they are out of lettuce and they cannot remake the order. I ask for a refund and she said she can't. So, your a manager and you can't issue refunds but your in charge of a whole shift that takes in money. This is the second time this has happened. The first time was back in April 12, 2024. The same thing happened, I told them not to add sour cream and they did anyways and said people make mistakes. When I tell you not to add it and you do it anyways its not a mistake. You are doing this on purpose. You are choosing to add the sour cream when i requested twice that you do not because it could cause harm to my son. I will be filing a complaint with the State of Washington for intentional placing allergic condiments onto food in direct conflict with a request that has been placed at the time of order. DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE, FIND ANOTHER TACO BELL TO EAT AT.
