Incredibly rude manager. I hand placed an online order and after picking it up and bringing it home, I noticed it was made incorrectly. I called and explained to the manager working and she apologized and said I could come in anytime next week for a complete replacement order and some vouchers to say sorry. I asked if I needed a receipt and she said no since it was online they could look it up easily. Fast forward to today, I go to get my replacement meal. The manager on shift, different than the one I spoke to a couple days ago, said it was too expensive to replace and that since I didn't have a receipt she didn't believe me. I asked if I could have her name so I could speak to the store manager and she said no, and closed the window in my face. Terrible customer service.

I try to give them so many chances but i’m so disappointed. The last two visits i’ve had the workers were so rude. I’m always super polite to them. I got a $9 chicken quesadilla, it tasted like it had windex in it and they didn’t even cut the quesadilla 💀 I got a cheese quesadilla and they didn’t even melt the cheese and it was cold. If you don’t like your job then don’t work there.

Really good experience here! Walked in to a very clean dining room with attentive staff working. Food arrived quickly and as ordered. Taco Bells are often underwhelming, but this one exceeded expectations for sure. Dining area was spotless. Nice work.
