This used to be one of the better Taco Bells in the area. The service used to be excellent. They never messed up orders. The food tasted so good you'd think they were passionate about it. Now... You can almost count on them messing your order up. I feel like they mess up on purpose. Like if I ask for a vegetarian item, they sneak beef in there. If I ask for no cheese, they sub nacho cheese.

I would like to direct this to the owner of the franchise on May 28 Tuesday morning when I went to pick up an order I wanted to confirm with you that the lady I don't know if she was the manager and the person working the window a young male very bad attitude extremely horrible and even with his attitude not wanting to bag my drinks and having them spill all over the bag they told me it was my job to to beg the this was drive through and told me I was holding up the line.Refused to bag my drinks,both had extremely bad customer service skills..will never go back

I used to eat at Taco Bell all the time because of their value menu now I only stopped when they have a value box that I can afford but the other day I wanted a bean and cheese burrito can I ordered it with extra cheese to my surprise extra cheese was 90 cents the burrito only costs 239 I couldn't believe that the cheese that I asked for was about 80% of the value of the burrito usually when I order a burger and I asked for cheese it's usually about 25% more I was shocked to see what they charge it's those little things like that that keep you coming back I hope they realize it
