I went to Taco Nazo with a friend who introduced me to this local gem in Bellflower. I went on a weekend, and the parking lot was packed. There is a parking lot attendant who helps locate a vacant spot, which is a nice touch.

Once you enter, there is a line, and you order at the counter. There is a greeter who assists with any questions, and if it's your first time, they give you a free taco!! Great touch.

This place is known for their fish tacos, which were delicious. But I also enjoyed the shrimp taco. The batter is light and crispy. Free refills on drinks, including the delicious watermelon drink.

Overall, it was a great experience despite being busy. Highly recommend!

Do you really need a review? Don’t doubt the great taste of the fish taco you non believer. If the line is longer than the DMV there’s your credibility. The fish itself is thicc like your favorite instagram model, soft like a pillow and the batter isn’t hard like tree bark the consistency is great! But they tend to load the taco up with a lot of slaw for some reason though, it’s like eating grass from a lawnmower 😒The atmosphere is inviting, the parking sucks sometimes but overall I recommend this place. Each taco is around $5.30 a bit pricy for one taco but it makes up in flavor and convenience. Pro tip: they tend to line the tacos with paper underneath, remove first, because if you’re hungry you might accidentally eat it lmao

This place has a wonderful family atmosphere.

Inside has a very nice decorative cafe style four seat tables, but I'm sure some tables can be pushed together for a larger crowd.

The taco combo plates and burritos are very delicious.

My chicken tacos were cooked to perfection and well seasoned and so were the beans and rice. Loved that seasoned yellow pepper over the rice.

My party of four enjoyed the food and the staff is very friendly and hospitable.

Loved the Horchata!

There is also an Express Taco Nazo on the lot for customers who order food online and go pick it up.

I will be back again when I visit Downey.
