I fell in their parking lot today the manager told me to be more careful if I can't see, I am an elder, he was rude, he told me to stop blocking his driveway, I walked to the window the inside is closed. I fell cause the curb was covered in snow trying to toss the lunch trash, he said he doent.not have time to shovel snow all day. I told him across the street McDonald's parking lot is cleared, no apology at all, I am never going their again, now my hip is sore,

Ordered online. No signage indicating store was closed or open. Luckily I went around back and drive thru was open and there was a line around the back of the restaurant. Questioned the employee if this was how I am to collect my mobile order, he was in mid answer when another employee cut in and loudly demanded my name. I'll pass next time.

Dined inside. Remodeled and trying to do contactless ordering but the system wasn’t accepting payments. Staff was helpful though! Food was fresh. Dining area was freshly cleaned.
