Every time I go to this dealership it’s something different. Recent example I have an oil change scheduled at the express lane. I call the day before to get a quote on tires. The first call I spoke with the main service department asked about a tire quote, they couldn’t give me one. They needed my vin number and would email the express lane. I thought this was crazy. I poked a bit more “can I talk to parts for a tire price?”, sure she says and transfers me, get a quote and am told to secure it I need to pay for them. Told her I would call back so I can shop around. Call Discount Tire get a quote there. Call back (2nd time) put on hold for 10-15 minutes, I had someone waiting on me so I end the call. Call back third time, talk to parts a guy puts them on hold since it’s less then 24 hours, transfers me to service department she gives me a price for installation separately (god forbid they put the prices together for a quote). Drive in an hour early today for my appointment to ask about different tires, 30 minute discussion about checking in for my service and that I need to schedule for tires to be installed, nether the less he’s talking about tire rotation for my service. Walk over to the main service department just to chat with the manager because 3 out of 7 visits have gone this way for one reason or another.
I was mailed an offer of 45 thousand for my vehicle. Went in and they wouldn’t honor it. I asked why not, they said it was expired but did not know when. Offer is only 3 weeks old. No expiration date on the offer. Only offered me 37k. I then asked what made my vehicle 8k less than the mailed offer. They could not find anything wrong with my vehicle that they could justify 8k in losses value. Very predatory salesman. Would not recommend.
