Normally great service, quick and efficient. However, changes in staff have led to poor customer experience. When asked for a receipt, the response was, "If you don't trust us, we can't help you." The service manager watched and issued no correction. I replied that I have always received a receipt in the past here. He then replied, "Well, I'll have to figure it out." The service manager then spoke up and said you can print a hard copy of the receipt. He said ok. Then, he proceeded to print me a copy. I was leaving when I noticed the receipt was not the correct one. An accidental misprint said the service manager. My issue is you were both rude, and wasted my time, showed no remorse for the crappie attitude from your staff. The sad part is I can't tell if this was IR or just bad business.

Good service, bought a Leaf , and going there all the time for free very fast charging. Great view from the charging station too looking at hills in distance with their fake palm trees. Hell ya (Just lookout for the fools on the block walking by if your alone 😉 probably gonna start being strapped just in case)

I’ve had my service done here for a few years now. Never had any issues with delays, poor service and the staff is always super helpful. Specific shout out to Alyssa and Lisa.
