Bill from the Kirkland store was filing in for someone and helped me today (Saturday). Even though they were going to be closing in 30 minutes and I was only buying about $6 worth of rather unique/specific hardware, Bill and another employee spent a good amount of time helping me find just the right hardware for my needs.

Summary: excellent service, clean and well-organized shop, good prices, and great selection. What's not to like?!?

I wanted to write a brief thank you comment. I came in on a busy Thursday morning wanting to find a screw for my fridge. The gentleman that helped me (which I forgot to get his name), was very courteous and professional. Not only did he find the screw quick, he didn’t even want to collect money from me. Thank you and I won’t forget your store!
