Without a doubt the best workout gym in tacoma. The trainers are top. They know there stuff and are happy to share their knowledge with you, and you can not say that about any other gyms!!! The staff is always happy to see you and treat you with respect. Their in house PT is top notch too. If you have any issue he can help you take care of your problem. As for the workout they are both competitive and non competitive. Every work out will challenge you and leave you feeling good at the end of the day. The trainer are always monitoring your movements and helping you fine tune your movements that other wise might lead to injuries. The workout switch every day and they never seem to repeat. In a way it is like a huge follow the leader work out and makes for a fun environment. The people are cool and although they may be in better shape then you there is not really that meat head atmosphere, alright maybe sometimes, but not like the big box gym. I say check it out if you really want something personal and unique!!

I joined this place back on Jan 2019 and when I took their boot camp, I was skeptic about how am I going to keep up with the beast of a program like CrossFit. I can now say there isn't a day that goes by that I don't long for this gym... from the instructors, to the people there, to the program itself... You will fall in love with everything instantly. Not to mention that I lost lots of fatty pounds and gained good muscle around me. That photo you see in my profile... That's when I was at their gym and had I stayed there, I would have gotten better. I'll definitely recommend everyone reading this to join their boot camp, and then get their membership for sure! I would have stayed with this gym myself... if only I didn't have to leave WA altogether. After travelling three different states/now, I'll still say these guys are still the best in their game for me!

My daughter enjoys lifting here, she says the coaches are great and the environment feels safe and inclusive. Everyone she’s met has been really welcoming to the sport and helpful in guiding her.
