Tacos El Bajio

I work nights in Maple Valley and this has become our Friday night tradition while on shift. 3 to 4 of us all stop and pick up on our way back in to our yard. Jose and his staff are always super friendly and fun to talk to. The food is always awesome as well. I don't stray too far from the quesa birria tacos or the deluxe burrito with birria, my other coworkers have had the torta, chimichanga and Carne asada plate. All of which have been fantastic as well. As long as Tacos El Bajio is on 169, we will stop and enjoy!!

Food was mediocre and expensive for the portions not a place I would go to again it was just ok nothing great. 29.00 for two burritos.

I ordered the Carne Asada Burrito deluxe for $11. The owners were really nice and there is room in front of the gas station for semi trucks to park along the road so they can get food.
