Food is typically good here. This was our worst experience yet. Homeless man walking car to car asking for money at 12am. Lady at the window to pay had a bad attitude when we paid even when I tried smiling and telling her thank you. I got a mmhmm out of her with a eye roll. When we got home, our order was wrong. Ordered a taco combo and 3 queso birria tacos. We got 2 orders of 2 birria tacos and a churro... tried to call and phone is disconnected. Hoping they get it together.

Go to a different location!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ordered online and came to pick up order at the appointed time provided by the restaurant online. I realized when I got home they gave me only PART of my order. I CALLED & DROVE ALL THE WAY BACK, had to WAIT AGAIN in 108° weather because food was cold & had to be remade! I asked for a cold drink while I waited, they gave me a small drink with NO ICE, I asked for ice & was told machine was "broken" and all they had cold were bottled drinks. So I asked for a cold bottled drink, they said they needed manager approval, I said better yet take it out of the tip I gave which is more than the price of the bottled drink. They again said they would have to get approval, I said I want a cold drink or my tip money back. Before they even attempted to get "approval" they said my food was ready, so I got my food & left without any resolution, no tip refund, and no drink. VERY DISAPPOINTED! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'd rather drive farther where there is a better quality of service!

Honestly I love this La villa but tonight I had some bad experiences I’ve been here so many times and asked for the avocado salsa and tonight when I asked for it they were being so rude about it and told me they don’t sell it anymore which it’s ridiculous I was here a week ago and they just had it. I get that sometimes they don’t have it but to tell customers that they don’t sell it I doubt it that there number one seller
