We have had nothing but issues here! Winter months come and order for about 4 to 5 people each time. 1st time, they forgot over half my order. I call, they say, "Come back, and we will give u the rest of your food." Ok, accidents happen. 2nd time, the same thing happens this time they tell me their screens only hold so much, then rest falls off, and we don't see it. I said wait you know the stuff falls off, and you haven't fixed it?" " We were in disbelief. Okay, I'm only gonna order for 2 people. we think it's safe to go there, right? Nope, it was 7:12pm they closed at 8 pm. They could only make fried stuff. They are very rude as well. We will not return to this location again.

I was very disappointed!! I ordered a taco salad and a small mexi tot. It was 11:09 for 8 tots that were completely cold and tasted like little salt bombs. I live 3 minutes away they should at least be warm. The taco salad has a skim of lettuce and it is rotted. It is also completely cold. I tried eating the shell, but it tasted old and stale. Shame on you taco time employees. I won't come here again. I will spend my money at the one on Francis!! What a waste of money for a meal that ended up in the trash.

The employees here suck. They didn’t listen to my order and when they prepared it wrong, they argued with me on whether I said “no tomatoes” or not. Had 3 other employees try to verify that I didn’t say “no tomatoes”. When I just asked them to take the untouched original order back, and to please issue me a refund, they refused. Said they can’t do refunds. Never had such an issue with an order being wrong. Almost comical. Stay away from this location.
