Bought a bag and holster for my wife in early May. She's worn it every day since. It's a great looking bag, had a sturdy looking build, and the holster fit her M&P 9 perfectly. We've now had it for less than three months and one of the seams on the concealed carry pocket is completely falling apart. We were so happy with this bag until it just started falling apart.
When I emailed their customer service I was told there was nothing they could do because we had already passed their 30 day warranty period. I get the need for a "warranty period" but 30 days seems absurd. If your $100 product fails on your customers in less than three months It's absolutely not worth the money.
ORIGINAL POST: (see bottom for update) I LOVE my CC purse! This is by far, one of the more fashionable CC purses on the market. Because you buy this purse for it's function, I looked for a purse that I could wear over my shoulder. I wanted to have my weapon in a place very accessible so I wasn't fumbling for it, if ever needed. A drawback is the placement of the optional long strap that fixes to the purse for a cross-the-shoulder carry. This additional strap can be fastened on each end. One clasp is on the front outer edge of the purse and the other is on the back outer edge, so while wearing this optional strap, there is a set angle to it. This angle holds the purse opposite of how I prefer the purse to hang when I draw my weapon. I wish the fasteners were placed equally centered on each end. I was able to work with this and just don't use the long strap. I wear the purse with the regular straps over my one shoulder. I works great and I still love it and would buy it again. The description says "Butterscotch" and I believe that is right on. I expected a bit more of a mustard yellow, but it has a touch of orange to it. The purse is a bit heavy with the weapon and my wallet/change. Overall, the purse is very stylish and it is very well made. I like all the features of pockets, zippers and magnet closures. Just this past week acquaintances complimented me on it -if only they knew. :)
UPDATE: After 2 years of use, my purse is going to have to be retired. I am not rough on my belongings, so I was a bit surprised to see that not one, but each and every one of the four attachments, where the handles fasten to the purse, are cracking and starting to detach. I will not include photos as I don't want to misrepresent the 2 year life the purse DID give me. This is still a great purse and I would recommend, just understand it should last you about 2 years. Would still like to see Tactica offer some new updated styles, so I can order another.
