The automated message to these reviews is insulting. I called the number, spoke with the representative (the week before Thanksgiving), was told she would absolutely look into my bill dispute and get back to me the week following the holidays. It's 4/5 months later, and TFH is trying to collect, with no word from their CYA team. I'm paying the bill so I don't get sent to collections. There is no "care" in the facility. You may land a Dr who acts as if, but their bottom line is to peddle of whatever pharmie companies are paying them the most for. Your not a person in this hospital, you are a number. Go to reno unless you're dying within the hour.
