This is pretty much the end of Hwy 109 from Moclips, north of Ocean Shores. A Quinault tribe community. The ocean beach is nice and the water from the river is clean and good beach fishing, a daily $20 fishing permit is required. Gavel area parking is recommended for 4 wheels drive only due to loose gravel in places. A small restaurant in a convenient store is only opened on weekdays, during the day. Weekend is difficult to get food.
