Air pump won't pump up tires it took my money and turned on the nozzle is broke, I told the staff they said ok. My tire needs air and I wasted $2 Hope this gets the point across
Gas pump kept charging me even though I had stopped pumping gas.
I've never had this experience before. I called and spoke with John (manager) and he said it was because of the " filter" and the volume of fuel they sell. I told him that I told the cashier on duty that morning but no one went to close of the defective pump.
They told me that even though the meter/gauge/amount being charged kept ticking up, that I wouldn't be charged. That was a total lie because when i checked my credit card statement, it reflected the same charge as my receipt even though I had stopped pumping before that.
I managed to get a partial video on my cellphone. Unfortunately it only shows the gallons going up; before that I watched as the price slowly ticked up.
I called the Washington State Weights and Measure department to complain but since the business is on "tribal land", they have no enforcement power, unless invited onto the property.
I wonder if Costco ever experiences the same issue?
I'll try to get that video posted.
This is usually my favorite stop on my way to Seattle due to the clean bathrooms and expansive selection at the market, but today I went and the sink ran forever and I couldn't help but think how.much water was wasted... Also, I used to love getting the varied fruit sodas from the fountain but sadly, they were gone today. It's so hard to find mildly flavored nonalcoholic drinks out here. I can't afford a 5 dollar tonic so the weird sodas are my favorite. I hope they come back; it's hard out here being sober...
