This was one of the best omakase experiences I've ever had! I visited on a Sunday for a friend's birthday, and the entire experience was amazing from start to finish. The host was kind, and our server, Rachel, was incredibly attentive to our party. She even offered us a glass of sake to celebrate my friend’s birthday. Chef Jun was fantastic and explained each dish in detail. The omakase was definitely worth it, though I wish the $60 corkage fee was a bit lower. Despite that, the omakase price is well worth it, and I'll definitely be back!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Takai by Kashiba, and the experience was truly exceptional. The chef's meticulous selection of fresh and high-quality ingredients resulted in a delightful culinary journey. Each course was a masterpiece, showcasing a perfect balance of flavors and textures. The personalized and attentive service added to the overall enjoyment. A memorable omakase experience that I would highly recommend to any food enthusiast.

Phenomenal omakase where the chefs have an amazing attention to detail! I enjoyed the Sakura drink along with the fish as well :) It’s pricy but I’d for sure go again.
