I was in Talbots Pavilions Ln. last Saturday. I was looking for a purple top. I walked past several sales associates - not one word...hello, can I help you....nothing. One walked right past me to another customer and ask her if she needed to start a room. After that the sales associate helped someone on the telephone. I picked out a sweater....went into the dressing room tried it on...left it, came out looked around 5-10 mins more and left. Not a word. I have shopped here before over the years....never again.
