Turned our 6 month reservation away for not having an rvia cert. We have a clean and special built race car hauler/camper. Requirement on website and terms wasn't clear at the time the reservation was made. We have stayed here in the past without issue. Now forced to find an alternate the day of a large event in the area. Campground refuses to make any exceptions.

We were told they went as far as to have a meeting about us last time we stayed and didn't bother to mention it to us.

This was a great spot for a local family get away. Amenities were just right for our 5 year old. The grounds were quite and nicely wooded. Lovely open grass areas and generally peaceful PNW vibes. Great experience!

I've been a thousand trails member for several years. My last stay was terrible. The rangers customer service deplorable. Although I'd arranged for an early arrival, I'd been refused early entry by the rangers. I explained that my stay was for a medical procedure, required 24 hours of preparation the day prior.||At one point after waiting 2+ hours outside the gate, while watching upward of two dozen RVs departing the park, I was informed that I could access the park by paying an additional $30 entry fee. ||I've stayed at this property countless times. Unfortunately since 2021, I've witnessed a substantial decline in customer service. The obnoxious attitude and the attempted gouging of paying members is atrocious.
