The sales lady was extremely rude and disrespectful. Prices are higher than in the Russian store that is 3 minutes away from this place. I don’t recommend to go there if you don’t want your mood to be ruined and to be disappointed of how much you spent when you had a chance to safe some money on exactly the same items just by going to some other European store.

If I could give them no stars at all, I would have selected that choice. My husband and I went there looking for gypsy salami and when we entered the store, two women were there talking. They did not look up, Greer us, ask if we needed anything period.we put something on the counter to purchase, and they walked away. Completely out of site. We left. If you are not Russian, I would suggest you not go in. Very unfr and unprofessional behavior.

Overcharging for shipping.
They charged me $17.99 for shipping but actual price listed by the post office on the package was $10.40.
Customer service is questionable most of the time. Not sure if the cashiers in the store understand that you need people to buy products from the store for the store to keep operating.
