I called the office to schedule an appointment in June, got a date for August. The staff called, and cancelled. Made me another appointment. My appointment was set up for Friday, the Monday prior to that Friday Dr Wu called me and left a message for cancellation due to a family emergency, I understood that, and decided to call the office again to schedule an appointment for the third time. The office person named Carla picked up the phone, and said that she would contact the doctor to fit me in. I did not get a phone call back, when I called the office the next day, Carla informed me that the Doctor would rather give me a refund. Wow, after giving the office and the Dr three chances, I decided that I am better off looking for another surgeon. The staff comes across very arrogrant, and rude...

I am SO happy with my entire experience with Dr. Wu, Mark and the entire staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Wu, I felt very taken care of and I am very happy with results!

She is an excellent compassionate surgeon. I have never met someone in my life who truly cares about her patients. Sometimes you might not like what she has to say but she does it because she truly cares about her patients. I would recommend her to everyone ..Dee Rains
