Came in on a Thursday for their open workshop. Tables and supplies are made available for people to work on any project they bring in. The two employees were very helpful and walked me through finishing a sheath for a hatchet. No previous experience in leatherwork but with their help I received I was able to produce something that looks good and will serve it's purpose for years to come. Highly recommend!

Poor customer service felt I was intruding and I didn't fit their customer profile. Pretty sad, I have been a customer for a very long time. In fact when I visited Ft. Worth on business I stayed at Tandy Center.

No wonder the company is failing it all starts at the front line customer service.

I will never return to a Tandy store. I tried to support Tandy because of a long time history dating back to 1955, however I support businesses that are respectful to their customers this store's staff are not respectful. Seems they profiled me I am very disappointed. Ended 63 relationship this us something Tandy can not afford.

Customers cannot enter store. They help you out at the entrance 1 customer at a time until restrictions are lifted. Still, customer service is pretty high from the current associates here. They are knowledgeable and seems open to giving you advice at whatever level you may be. Would return.
