First time at Tandy . I received some leather for Christmas but I needed tools to get started . I did my research online went to the store picked out all the things I thought I would need . Once I had them I laid them out on the table and asked Johan what he thought of what I had. We went through the things I needed the things I did not recommendations and explained how they worked as well as history behind some of the tools . One of the other associates sat in and listened to Johan talked as we went through all of the tools to get started . I was able to save some money on tools I didn’t need and use that money to purchase other supplies and leather . A great experience. Thank you Tandy and thank you Johan I felt very comfortable in the store and with the staff .
