I needed to make a flight change for an upcoming trip. I fully expected to have to talk to a recording at first but was pleasantly surprised to talk to an employee right off the bat. Renee was so kind and helpful, she fixed my problem in under 5 minutes and really put me at ease. I hope to have the opportunity to use Tangerine Travel again in the future!

There is a reason this company is not affiliated with th Better Business B. I Would not recommend anyone to use them unless you like being talked down to. Management is a joke to deal with as well. I Would give 0 stars .

We are wrapping up 15 days in Germany, first time using a travel agent. Betsy and Jo were both amazing, helping us every step of the way and providing exceptional service. They were considerate of our budget, but found us great accommodations all over the country. They also provided good travel advice and promptly made a last-minute itinerary change per my request. Thanks to all of you at Tangerine for making our first trip to Europe a great one! We will be working with them again.
