I've worked with Tanya on three transactions over the span of 7 years during times when the economy has been at two different extremes. Tanya helped me purchase my first property in 2011 when the economy was bottoming out. At the time I was in my 20's and knew nothing about real estate. Tanya really took me under her wing and helped me navigate the entire process seamlessly. Most recently I worked with Tanya in 2018 selling my first property and also buying my second. The economy was a completely different animal this time around and it really blew my mind how different buying in 2018 was compared to 2011. However, Tanya is a true professional and helped my husband and I purchase a house during an extremely difficult time for buyers. It took multiple offers on various properties, and also under the time constraint of being on a rent-back for the property I sold. Tanya is very dedicated to her clients and working with her has always been a pleasure.

Tanya has helped us both sell and buy our homes. We were so happy with her services we hired her twice! Both times she went above and beyond to get the job done for us. When we sold our home, she worked very hard and staged it beautifully. Our home had never looked so good! When we were ready to purchase a home a couple of years later, she was the first and only real estate agent we thought of. She helped us buy a house that we not only loved then, but we love even more now. She handled both of our transactions professionally and we always felt her advice was thoughtful and that she was working in our best interests, for US. And not only that, she's a heck of a nice person.
