For the sake of your time, money and dignity. Avoid this place like the plague. Clearly from the initial phone call to schedule an appointment feels like you would need an act from Congress to get in and through. Once in the office and after waiting an hour to be roomed you get to hear the lack of training from the front desk. Nothing is more unpleasant then hearing employees complain to one another about how miserable and awful the job is.
Once roomed another 30 min passed. I asked the medical assistant how much longer before I would be seen. The MA said they are really sorry and that Dr. Evans was on a call. 52 min after already waiting in the room she decides to see me and strolls in with her side bun hair do and took 5 min to diagnose me for a rash. This appointment was a second opinion visit. The other dermatology offices had me take blood work and they took a biopsy to diagnose and she just walked in and said something completely different from the first dermatologist.
Did I mention that during the 5 min of my Patient to doctor visit two different ma’s popped into the room to ask her questions on other patients on my time. 2nd red flag.
Wish I would have taken the time to check this derm office reviews. Low rating and multiple one Star reviews says it all. Hope my sincere review of my own personal experience helps anyone thinking they could get quality derm care from this place.
