What an amazing experience! We took a chance and entered into a very stark, very clean, music filled room not sure just what to expect when we were greeted by the young, enthusiastic and very personable owner. We felt right at home immediately. Tacos were on sale so we went for it full force. Shortly our order arrived, proudly prepared by the owner and presented beautifully accompanied by grilled onions, radishes, grilled jalapeño and, of course, the obligatory squeeze bottles of red and green salsa. My wife’s eyes lit up with the outstanding flavor of her lengua. Her all time favorite. For me, the Birria was excellent, Al Pastor was among the best I’ve had, grilled lightly but enough to evoke all the aromas of spices, pineapple and seared pork. And then . . . The Adovada! Oh man, this was a killer! Juicy, well spiced crazy rich in flavor and gone all too soon. Felicidades!
