I can’t believe I could find a place that still sell taco for $1 with generous amount of meat. This place has the best pastor probably they have their unique way to marinate the meat. The asada was too dry, maybe I won’t order it next time. Cabezo is soft and perfectly cooked, it was just unflavored. Overall this place still has the best pastor meat ever.

So what can improve?

*They definitely need to bring tortas *This is 2021 cash only is not appealing to your customers *Having vendors and beggars right outside is not appealing Offer at least 1 free refill it won't hurt your pocket and most likely it will attract new customers.

Keep the salsas and other garnishments away from the customers. That will reduce the amount of spilling and give a better aspect to your establishment
