Taran Tactical customer service was absolutely 5 Stars! I had some mag extensions that were showing signs of fatigue. I was going to replace them. I sent an email to TT with a photo. I sent the email at 9:30am Central (7:30am their time) at 11:30am I received a personal phone call. They asked that I send them in. I mentioned an up coming major match. They sent me a shipping label, and I dropped them at the post office that day. This was a Friday when they hit the post office (20th). Tuesday afternoon I checked my mail and the new base pads where in my mail!! 4 days later, over a weekend!! This was definitely 5 star service, and it wasn't a big ticket item! But a very important accessory!! Thank you @tarantactical !!!
Placed order May 22nd. The website showed the item was in stock when order was placed. After a few days I contacted them to make sure they had my FFL info correct, that is when they said springs were back ordered and would take 6-9 weeks. I wasn't in a rush and I understand things happen, so I said no big deal. It has now been 12 weeks and still no gun. Cannot get a response from them after several emails and a phone call. Meanwhile the same gun has come in stock several times at just about every other vendor more than 10 times over in that time frame. So clearly they are just worried about stocking the big box stores and not the orders off their own damn website.
