JANZEN BEACH LOCATION!!!!I was disappointed . Just about every item I intended to purchase was replaced with an inferior, lesser-of brand. Eyeliner so cheap applying it is like sandpaper . Dry and awful! The nice solon haircare brand products were absent. This was a fraction above what you would find at the neighborhood Dollar Store. I purchased a few items and asked the cashier and n customer service what the deal is at this particular Target. She was not friendly and said "The bulk of our customers are homeless" . Wow well then keep it behind the locked cabinets, Oh wait, you are not staffing enough employees to assist. Eventually I foresee online shopping as a single. Choice. THERE ARE OTHER TARGETS, TO CHOSE FROM.. .๐๐for the time being I didn't see any one out of the ordinary so,,,

Worst Target I've ever been to. Crowded, too few checkers, shelves robbed out. My initial impulse on going in was to turn around and go right back out. Made the mistake of buying things and trying to check out. 1/2 hour in line. Sure, shoppers come from WA, but why don't they make provision for them? I will never go there again.

Homeless people stealing everything there...lurking around Target does nothing and the homeless know this. We watched 3 steal thousands of dollars worth of items just while waiting in line! Target says their "hands are tied" they can't do anything about it. When we examined that Costco has 1 way out and receipts need to be checked the managers reply was "we aren't Costco" obviously.
So the moral of the story is if you don't want to pay you don't have to. Target will let you have everything for free and won't prosecute because their hands are tied.
